Orkney ferry trip
Leaving Scrabster, quite calm and sunny but a biting wind Cliffs of Hoy. There was a pod of orcas in the water between the ferry and these cliffs. The old Man of Hoy, famous sea stack.

Introduction
All ready to set off! Welcome to my blog documenting our trip around Northern Scotland and Orkney in April and May 2023. Sam, a Labrador, and I will be travelling in my little blue VW campervan (Bluebell), taking our time to find beautiful and interesting places.
